Yoga Styles and Traditions
Our study and practice experience covers a wide variety of Yoga branches and styles, such as Hatha Yoga, Kriya Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Jnana Yoga, Raja Yoga, Tantra Yoga, Vinyasa and Ashtanga Yoga. We offer classes in a variety of Yoga styles, both traditional and modern, and our teaching style is adapted to the class and students’ profile – starting at the beginners level and reaching more advanced levels as the students progress in their practice.
We teach restaurative classes for relaxation, peace and serenity, therapeutic classes for health and prevention, balance and harmony, as well as more dynamic classes for strength and vitality.
Our ultimate aim is to reach the state of yoga, mind clarity and self-awareness, allowing us to discover our true inner self.
